My print advert will focus on the theme of gym anxiety and aim to encourage teenagers aged 14–19 to accept their flaws and work on improving themselves. The campaign will challenge unrealistic fitness standards and show that confidence grows from self-acceptance rather than perfection.At first, there is comfort in staying within familiar boundaries, where avoiding the gym feels safe and predictable. However, this stability begins to shift as doubt and insecurity emerge, creating tension and unease when confronting fears of inadequacy.
